Pink Fringe Dress / Gold Louboutin Nicole Heels / Givenchy Antigona Bag / Ona Chan Six Dagger Necklace / Lilah V Crown Ring / Stella & Dot Gold Hoops
Last week, I posted a blog featuring a fringed skirt. Today, I want to show fringe in a fancier light.
If you’re looking for a neutral color that works well for spring that isn’t white or beige, a pretty blush shade is perfect. I don’t look great in white, so this is a nice way to work in a lighter shade that doesn’t completely wash me out. When I saw this dress was covered in fringe from the shoulders all the way down the sleeves, I wasn’t sure if I would like the look. But when I put this dress on, I had total strangers telling me how much they liked and and asking me where it was from! (Consequently, it’s from Lion & Witch in Dallas, and you can order it directly from them via phone or email. It’s approx. $74.) Needless to say, after a day of kind compliments, I was sold on this dress and the power of well-placed fringe.
Blush tones look prettiest with gold accents, so I couldn’t resist wearing my gold Louboutin heels and some delicate gold jewelry. Ona Chan is one of my all-time favorite designers, and her new gold Six Dagger Necklace. Inspired by the decorative daggers in Buddhist ceremonies seen on Chan’s visit to Bhutan, this necklace is a simple and gorgeous gold piece. Grab yours here for $105. While you’re there, check out her Lattice collection, too….it’s amazing.
Keeping with the gold theme, I used my Givenchy Antigona bag with gold hardware and my go-to delicate crown ring from Lilah V. The fringe is such a bold detail I wanted all the accent pieces to be simple and pretty. Goal achieved!
