I get to share a lot of my favorite things with you, and today I packed quite a few into one post. It’s no secret that locally I am obsessed with Lion and Witch, the awesome little boutique that this emerald green dress came from. This color is dynamite with any hair color, and it’s a nice change from all the neutrals you find for sale during the fall and winter months. (Plus, it’s a little stretchy!)
I am also a fan of style in it’s simplest forms. Which is why I’ve been wearing these Iris Guy Gold Vermeil Thin Stud earrings every single day. There are so many unique pieces by this artist that give me all the feels, but this pair in particular had such an understated elegance that I had to have them. (It’s no wonder that these designs are sold in museum stores all over the country and in Israel!) This pair goes with literally everything. Consider this love.
Speaking of love, this hat is what every bad hair day loves! I can’t get over how this hat turns every bad hair day into looking like I out more effort into my style. I’m a huge fan of hats in general, but this is my first Brooklyn Hat Co. hat, and it’s made of the most luxe felt! A variety of Brooklyn Hat Company styles can be found at small boutiques and large retailers like Free People, Fred Segal and Urban Outfitters. I can already tell mine is going to get a lot of use this winter.
And last, but certainly not least, I HAD to share my makeup look for today. Lancome has been a staple in my cosmetic arsenal since high school, and the reason is that their colors are fabulous and the products are awesome. This Audacity in Paris Palette has 16 of my most beloved shades. It’s Lancome’s first multi-pan eyeshadow palette and it’s a $346 value for only $68. Where else can I get FILIGREE (light gold shimmer,) SANTE (brown matte), and AUDACIOUS (smokey brown shimmer) all in one place?! (You can see how pretty they look blended together in my kissy face pic.) I also can’t live without the Definicils Mascara ($27.50), which is rockstar at defining lashes and thickening them, as well as my Blush Subtil. This blush is really pretty because it adds subtle color that you can build up to be really dramatic if you want. (Great to have on hand for dramatic Halloween looks!)
Have a very Happy Halloween and stay safe this weekend…
