Halloween….the spookiest day of the year. I’d like to say that I carved my own pumpkins and use the pumpkin seeds for some Pinterest-worthy recipe, but this year the most I’ve done is buy Halloween candy and eat two Snickers and one Almond Joy. I used to carve a pumpkin every year with reckless abandon, but after an unfortunate finger laceration my husband suffered this summer, I figured we’d leave knives alone for a while.
I have another confession. This dress is mine from the tenth grade. You know how you always have a favorite piece of clothing that you should get rid of, but can’t bring yourself to do it? This is one of mine. I bought this dress around Halloween in tenth grade, and I still wear it every. single. year. Which just goes to show that “vintage” is not only a great way to recycle, but when you get a compliment on it, you can feel smug about how old it actually is.
There is still no replacement for something shiny and new, so take advantage of the LAST day of 20% off your My Stylust purchases! You can click on the link on the sidebar and shop my October Editor’s closet to see my favorite things, or just browse the entire site for even more goodies. Don’t miss out on this last chance to save!
You know, it’s pretty scary how long I’ve hung on to this dress…..Happy Halloween.

I love your sweater dress! I have several sweater dresses in my closet. I am the same way I have things that I should get rid of, but I can’t bring myself to do it! Love the Fall look!
