Even thought it’s perfectly acceptable to wear white all year long, I rarely ever break the old fashioned rule of wearing white after Labor Day. So, it only seemed right to have one last hurrah with white before putting it away with tank tops and shorts, and replacing them with sweaters and boots.
I love everything about this white dress because it’s a flattering cut. My friend Stephanie picked this beauty out from the Blue Door Boutique, and I think her choice was spot on. It would be cute with a sweater or blazer thrown over it, brightly colored jewelry or with a neon handbag. But since it’s one of my last chances to wear it, I decided to go simple and chic with a few classic accessories.
Whether you believe rules are made to be broken or you put away the white like I do, have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day in whatever you wear!
