What I love most about Colorado is the natural beauty. Everywhere you look, you’ll find velvety green mountains, whispering aspen leaves, and rocks that may house a treasure of sparkling geode crystals. Wildflowers dot the landscape bringing in colors that you can usually only find in a Crayola box. And the sky! Blue and white never looked so lovely.
While spending time in the San Juan mountains, I got the chance to slow down and actually take care of myself the way God intended. Plenty of sleep, healthy food, exercise, and a methodical beauty routine. I recently had the chance to tour the manufacturing facility of Revision Skincare, which I will share in detail in another post next week. While I was there, I was given another bottle of their Revox-7 Serum, which is worth every penny and then some. If you haven’t been into a dermatologist or medspa office lately, you might have missed Revision Skincare. It’s sold only to doctors and medspas, which ensures the medical grade quality and authenticity of their products. I personally have seen Revision in every dermatologist office I’ve ever been to in Dallas. It’s highly regarded as one of the best, but it does require a bit of a financial investment (approx. $95). The Revox-7 is meant for those pesky expression lines that creep up everywhere on the face: around the eyes, cheeks, forehead, mouth, etc. Since I use big, bold expressions on television, I’ve noticed my lines get deeper and deeper with each passing year. After reading one reviewer’s statement that she cancelled her Botox appointments after using this product twice a day for several weeks, I was intrigued. I posted about this product a while back, but I wanted to tell new readers how much I love this product! Lines get softer and smoother much faster than I’ve seen with any other serum. Why spend $50 on drugstore skincare when you can double that and spend it on something medical grade that actually works? I recommend this product wholeheartedly if you are wanting natural beauty to last as long as possible.
I can’t end this post without talking about my dress. Isn’t this cute? And it’s a one size fits all, which means if you gain a few pounds, it’s still in the running when choosing something to wear! This Bardot-inspired ruche sleeve dress is $29 and comes in three gorgeous colors: pink, ivory, and oxblood. I love the dusty pink shade. I’ve been able to wear this dress with heels, flat sandals, and cowboy boots when you want to make it a little more country concert worthy! You can find it in every color here.
I want to give a shoutout to my husband, who kindly participated in these photos while we were away. We had so much fun shooting these, and we’re looking forward to spending more time in Colorado again soon.
