Pearls. Something about this gorgeous natural beauty adds class to any outfit. I remember seeing my grandmother wearing pearls when she was all dressed up. I began wearing them religiously during my sorority days with my Greek letters to everything from Rush to football games. And now? I love them with a soft tee and jeans, or a LBD, or, well…anything, really.
I received this stunning Triple Row Freshwater Pearl bracelet with a sterling silver clasp ($125) from Hamilton Jewelers, and it’s class personified. Wearing pearls is timeless, classic, and just beautiful. I love wearing them on my wrist as a compliment to my outfit, or pairing it with a pearl necklace or earrings for a full-on Jackie O effect. Another thing I love about pearls? They are less expensive than other kinds of jewelry, but no less impactful and gorgeous. I feel like the gift of pearls ensures you’re giving a precious heirloom that can be passed down from generation to generation. Hamilton Jewelers has a collection of beautiful pearl jewelry…which also happens to be my birthstone, in case you need some gift ideas. 🙂
And along the lines of gift ideas, how about some Perricone MD Cold Plasma Face ($149) and Eye creams ($110)? These make the perfect gift for yourself if you want to keep aging at bay. All you have to do is read the scores of positive, glowing reviews of these products to know there is something special here. Let’s be real-Perricone MD products aren’t inexpensive, but they are made with top-notch ingredients and have a devoted following, proving they work. The Cold Plasma Face and Eye Creams are all about diminishing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, redness and discoloration and improving firmness, elasticity and radiance. Yes, please! Anything that irons out my wrinkles and makes my skin have less discoloration, I’m all for. The Cold Plasma Eye Treatment minimizes the appearance of puffiness, dark circles and fine lines. (And the puffiness is really what I want it for. I wake up with my eyes swollen shut most of the time.) Anyhoo, if you’re in the market for investing in some seriously fancy skincare that works, this should be your first stop.
This will be my last post this week, but I will be back next week with more Christmas gift ideas. Have a great rest of the week!
