I’m all about saving time. I don’t really enjoy spending 30 minutes (or longer,) doing my hair or getting ready for bed at night. I want as much free time as possible these days! I have some products that I’ve been using the past month that have been little time savers that I would like to share…
Have you heard of Awapuhi Wild Ginger Haircare? It’s part of the Paul Mitchell line, and they have some pretty awesome holiday gift sets. I am currently using the No Blowout Hydrocream, Anti-Frizz Hairspray, and Dry Shampoo Foam. I use the No Blowout Hydrocream on my damp hair at night after washing it, and then let my hair airdry over night. It’s soft, manageable, and NOT frizzy when I wake up and I didn’t have to spend time blowing it dry to get it that way. I give it some final polish with the Anti-Frizz Hairspray, which works incredibly well to tame rogue flyaways. And for those days when I don’t have the time to wash my hair? The Dry Shampoo Foam saves me! It doesn’t look or feel chalky like some dry shampoos do. It’s going to save you a few days of washing!
Next up is the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water…it’s an All-in-1 cleanser that enables you to remove your makeup without having to rinse with water. You don’t have to scrub your face with great force in order to get off even the toughest waterproof mascara! It works with all skin types, even sensitive skin. And if you use long-wear lipstick or LipSense, it can take off that lipstick with no problem. Just have a cleansing cloth, the Micellar Water, and you’re good to go!
If you have a cleanser you love but doesn’t always remove every trace of eye makeup, Garnier also has Micellar Eye Makeup Remover Pads. Even if you wear contacts, this stuff is great and won’t irritate your eyes! I love this product for the tough eye makeup looks, like glittery eye shadow and wet-look shadow. You can get every fleck of glitter off instead of waking up looking like a disco ball exploded on your face.
All these products have given me back some time here and there that adds up to extra moments of rest, relaxation, and time to breathe. And that makes them some of my favorites in this season!
