Long summer dresses are so beautiful and effortless. When I came across this one by Ark & Co., it reminded me of something a flamenco dancer would wear. And though I’m no flamenco dancer, I like the subtle ruffles and movement of this light fabric. Throw on a pair of heels and bring a top-handle woven bag, and you’re done. (Yellow roses optional…these were an early Tuesday morning surprise from my husband!)
