Good Monday morning to you! I hope you had a nice weekend. I spent mine shooting in a resort town outside Austin, Texas. It was a beautiful place, with pristine golf courses, a cute marina, and views you wouldn’t believe are even in Texas. But it’s evident summer is here, because it was also very hot and humid.
Though I’m not one to wear shorts much, even when it’s 110 degrees, I couldn’t pass up this crochet pair. They were so affordable (under $25,) and they are probably the most comfortable pair of shorts I’ve ever owned. (Well, besides workout shorts, which don’t exactly count.) I have also been a big fan of Jack Rogers sandals for a while, so when I saw this pretty gold pair, I knew they would be my next summer purchase. If you aren’t familiar with Jack Rogers, they have long been a staple of sandal lovers since Jackie O made them famous. She wore this iconic original Navajo sandal that started the trend back in the 1960’s. As a fellow Kennedy, I highly endorse them. They mold perfectly to your foot! So if you’re in the market for an investment sandal, these should make the list.
